Utilizing Horses to Improve Professional and Interpersonal Human Dynamics
Horses are experts at Somatic Intelligence and Energy-Based Leadership. Their use as co-facilitators, provide immediate, transparent feedback to participants. Horses do not care what our title is, or what our resume contains, they simply focus on who you are in the moment. In this we can gain a greater understanding of how we "show-up" in the world.
By examining horse behavior and how they may or may not react to us, individuals can better understand how to be more effective in human relationships and communication. Their continuous feedback challenges leaders to learn clarity of intent, transparency, non-verbal communication, and forging trust to produce positive outcomes.
ENERGY-BASED LEADERSHIP APPROACH

Leadership is not only a title, but something that is embodied. The embodied leader builds the awareness and skills to lead with purpose, transparency and clarity. Our interpretations and perceptions of the world are translated through our thoughts and emotions, and then engages our body through actions. Our actions warrant reactions in the environments around us.
This interaction between mind and body with the rest of the world, creates Energy. Energy can be negative or positive, where the negative can be constraining or limiting, and the positive elicits opportunity. Our decisions in the moment, influence the quality of Energy that is projected and the quality of the reaction. Successful leadership requires skills and awareness around how we embody our perceptions, thoughts and actions.
CORPORATE LEADERSHIP COACHING
Corporate workshops focus on how each individual embodies leadership and its influence on teams and organizations. Participants explore how they think about leadership, how they act on their thoughts, the resulting impact on those around them, and the culture they create. Leaders and teams learn to be more aware of self and others so they can be more effective in delivering what is expected, while also being adaptable to discover opportunities. Participating in coaching sessions with your team and/or organization, will clarify vision, empower and strengthen team engagement, enhance company culture, and strengthen communication for a successful business.
MEDICAL FIELD COACHING
Creating stronger leadership and partnerships within the field, while improving bedside manner to maximize patient-doctor relationships. My specialization will help medical professionals develop an acute sense of self awareness and identify the importance of nonverbal communication in trauma-related experiences.
INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIP COACHING
Successful partnerships are the foundation of successful livelihoods. Affiliated with a spectrum of industry professionals, we will help to nurture the creation of positive partnerships whether it be with your significant other, family, or equine partner. Our job is to give you the tools and techniques to achieve a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle involving more meaningful relationships.
